Custom Built Necks Wanted

I need a couple of custom necks built for me. Don't have to be identical in appearance to the make/model they're replacing but I want them in-the-ballpark-close-authentic. Suggestions?

FYI- Stew Mac, Musikraft and Warmoth are NOT doing it for me.

Ed Roman's doesn't have anything anyone can safely say is "original". Famous for forgeries, that one. Bastard even stole my fucking WarAngel body.

Greg at BCR told me (during what is probably going to be the last time I ever set foot in his store), that he can use a laser to get the exact measurements and then he can have Schecter make an exact copy.

Uh oh. What transpired betwixt you and Greg? Mind you, whatever it is, I will not be surprised. PM me about it. Schecter might not be able to do exactly what I want. But thanks for the info.

It's not that big of a deal.
Or, maybe it is and I just don't care enough. Definitely a customer service issue, but really nothing worth griping over.

I was never a BCR guy to begin with, even when they were closer to me at the old Colonial Park location. I always used Randy at Wray's, and now use Chris in Carlisle at Woodshed.
But really, at my age, and the fact that I have been spending so much time out of town. I am simply not going to bother with him anymore.

When I am home, I have Chris. When I am in Nashville --- I can grab anyone off the street because everyone is a player. I did a couple months using Eric's in Van Nuys.
Just because there are so few places around, I should not have to settle for less-than-stellar. So instead, I am just done with him.
Not going to waste my time.

It is not like a Brian Howard Guitars situation, where I feel a moral obligation to warn people about him.
I am just not going to bother with BCR anymore.


But as far as the Schecter goes ----
I only know what he said.
Laser specs. Exact duplicates.

Thanks Shawn. I looked at them but honestly, they couldn't/wouldn't do what I needed done. Moreover, even I were willing to compromise on some specs, when I tallied up all the options I wanted, they were coming in at least 100- 150 bucks over what I am paying for exactly what I want from the builder I settled on.
