There was a very good feature in last months issue of guitarist magazine that reviewed an original 1961 red strat against a 1990 reissue 1961 and a custom shop order that was made with the same spec as Gary moore's 1961 red strat (relic with 6100 frets)

Have to say I'm a little surprised not many realize a majority of Gary's best 80's album tones were the Fiesta Strat

If anything Charvel should release a version of his custom made red strat shape with the single humbucker, I remember him playing that one on Wild Frontier and After The War tours.

The custom shop have recently done a limited run of the single-hum white one, seen them for sale.
