What's wrong with my knob? [img]images/icons/shocked.gif[/img] Placement? It's a standard strat placement- Hey John, what is your cup of tea as far as guitars go? Just curious- Yeah Chuck, great minds think alike! BTW, the DiMarzio Virtual 2 in the neck position really is sweet- I put it in on the recommendation of a friend and I love it- It has a higher output than most single coils and really works well with the super distortion in the bridge- Neddi

Dimarzio Virtual Series rock!
I have a guitar with Virtual PAF in neck and love it.
I loved Duncan 59 and Dimarzio Air Norton but virtual PAF sounds way better and sounds so real with any Amp settings I try.

Neddi, the volume knob is too close to the strings for lots of us used to it in the standard Charvel location (like Chucks). Yes, it's exactly where a strat has it which results in a random tremelo effect when I play one...or I have to back way off. I'm sure it's no issue if you're used to it there.

I don't mean to brag, well, yes I do! [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img] I adapt pretty quick to things I'm not used to on a guitar and I've had no problems with the knob getting in my way thus far- I see what you're talking about though- NeddiComment
