89 Fender "L.E. Strat"?

Ok, I found a nice looking USA Made strat with maple neck/board, h/s/s pu, 24 frets and a kahler trem.
It looks like a HM strat to me but they are calling it a "L.E."
Whats the differance?
They want 299 for it.
Is that reasonable?

Is it a Kahler Spyder tremolo and no pickguard with "Strat" on the headstock in graffiti looking script with "Fender" in small letters at the end? If so, that is an H.M. Strat, not an L.E. (I don't know of a particular L.E. model).
