    Re: my new BCRich Bich

that blue one is pretty cool im not really into the new ones but the fit & finish is better on them. far less epoxy around inlays the binding is much better done & the finish as so much better. i dont like that headstock & dont like the shallow cut bich body as much either. that bottom cut with the tuners is at a different angle & does not extend into the body as far. im not completly sure why they did that but i do know a Kahler trem wont fit on a deep cut body. most of the later bichs are shallow cut even pre-class axe era.

the neal moser made one is a replica of the original prototype bich. kinda funny how Dan Lawrence owns it, the graphics guy. & those are really sweet TOO expensive for me but still very cool

the controls are very cool & lets you get almost any tone from these Richs. 2 are series/parrellel, which is kinda like making the hums into singles, 1 phase switch that puts the pickups outta phase with each other when using both pickups. & 2 on/offs for the 2 preamps, why 2preamps is beyond me ive barely used one, the boost from one is like putting a OD pedal infront of the amp. using both is just silly. the varitone is one of my favorite features, its gives you such a great range of tones.
