The Warmoth project is FINISHED!!!!! Pic's inside!!

[WAR IN D]

Well folks, here it is.... My first attempt at "building" my own guitars, with a little help from Warmoth!! Here are the spec's:

Alder body, flame maple top, four coat of hand rubbed Tung oil on the body and neck.
22 Fret birdseye maple neck with ebony fretboard, 6100 frets, reverse headstock with flame maple veneer, schaller tuners.
Original Floyd Rose, R4 nut on a 1 11/16th neck.
Bridge Humbucker: Dimazio H3
Neck pickup: Seymour Duncan Cool Rails (thanks to Jeremy (axewerks from the Kramer board) [img]graemlins/headbang.gif[/img] )
One volume, two tones, three way mini switch (bridge on, both on, neck on).

Just got here back from one of my local music stores that wired her up and she sounds AWESOME!!! My thanks to those guys as I'm an idiot when it comes to electronics !! Here she is:

Very nice looking guitar. It looks so good I wish I could pick it up and try it!

Did you choose the maple top because of looks or tone?
