Damn!! That Nagel job is gorgeous! I've always liked them.

BTW does anyone know if there's an archive with pictures of C.C's guitars anywhere? He had the greatest collection of customs and graphics - (and I actually quite liked the music!)

So I got the pickups from Doug (Trillian) - THANKS DOUG!! - a couple days ago. I decided to put them into the guitars tonight. I pulled the one from the Blue Snake - no-name, but sounded ok - replaced it with one of the Tone Zones. Pulled the Orange ST-3 apart, and LOW AND BEHOLD, it also said "NAMM" in big marker letters in the bridge pu cavity [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] - just like the one I got from Jamie! They were close in serial as well, so I'm guessing the were BOTH NAMM guitars that year. How cool is that!?! [img]graemlins/headbang.gif[/img] Anyway, I just thought that was a cool little tidbit! A rather unique coincidence!

By the way, the Tone Zones sound great in these guitars. I was a little concerned that they'd be a muddy mess, but they turned out to have a nice crunchy strong mid sound! I have been a Duncan guy for the last few years, but these sound alright!
