My GMW has the scalloped angled heel and to answer Iron Monkey's question, yes the heel is shaped into the cutaway. I'll see if I can post a pic later on tonight.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I would really like to see how they do that. I've considered it on a few of mine, but without seeing it was hesisitant.

I'm thinking on having GMW build me a replica of Uli Jon Roth's 24 fret Strat. Higher fret access will be an issue, so maybe I'd be better of if I order it as a neck thru. But then again, that might ruin the whole "strat" thing.
I checked out the prices, and I looked like it would be costing me more then $1400. Are the custom prices on the site accurate, or "list" prices?
The prices quoted on the website are the actual "out the door" prices for GMW. Anything not listed on the site will be quoted individually by Lee Garver. And be forewarned, he's not big on haggling...
