      I'm not sure. I think it might be a monotone variation on what they called iridescent. It doesn't have the 3D depth that iridescent finishes have, though. Close up, it looks like gold leaf drizzled all over the guitar. It has an awesome effect when a lot of light hits it.

            I've got that same guitar, but with EMG pickups instead. The finish is "Gold Granite".

            If you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for yours?

              Inazone, actually I have you to thank for inspiring me. A guy on the HFC board has been trying to sell it for months. I think he sold like 5 times, but his buyers kept backing out. I saw you post photos of yours and decided to jump.

              I paid $425. It's incredibly clean, and has the neck profile I like so much on my two dot neck Californians. Much brighter tone though. It's a winner.
