Beautiful looking neck. If it's okay by Ken, how much did it cost? And I thought you were going to get those bushings in it so that you can interchange fretted and fretless necks freely without making the screw-hole all large and worn-out (that sounds dirty I know). But, beautiful neck regardless. Post some sound clips or something!
Fine with me ^.^
The neck costed about 160 dollars [edit] *which included 10 dollars shipping*. When purchasing from Ken, you have to send half of the money before he gets started, and after that, he'll probably show ya a pic of it when its finished, to taunt you, and you can pay the rest, and then he'll send it to ya.
Hmmmmmmmmmm ya ur right about that whole separate bushings thing. Well i still have some work to do on it lol. I gotta put a shim in between the heal, and the ibanez body cuz the neck is a little bit thin *i coulda sent the body for exact measurements by Ken, but I'm lazy* After i get the shim in there, i'm gonna put in some of those metal things into the holes, thread them, and i'll be all set there
I got kinda jelous when i figured out that a lot of people from this board were seeing it and i wasn't lol. But this work of art definately met my expectations ^.^ even exceeded it a lil bit lol. The tuners are awesome now that i know how they work lol. Thanks Toejam!
But ya, Thanks a lot Ken! No more than 6 hours a day have gone by where i haven't played it lol. Who knows ^.^ I may buy one of those feather bodies to go with it sometime!
