Jason Becker's favorite Carvin was a:

DC130(or was it 127? I forget)
Transparent Blue Finish with an awesome flamed maple top
I believe the body was alder
Neck thru Unfinished Maple neck with maple fretboard and ebony dots
Carvin Pickups
Black Hardware
Kahler with Finger-tite Locknut system

LOL Word had IM'd me and I was actually looking at this post at the same time, so I told him he should answer it! [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] Though, the DC127 would have dot inlays. I have a catalog with Jason also playing a DC200 (MOP block inlays, ebony board). I'm sure he's had a few different models.

Carvin has never made a Dc130.
They made the CM130 which was an LP special type guitar. Basically an lp shape with no carved top.

They also made the BC130, which was a 22 fret bolt on version of the DC135. s/s/h config.

Most of the time you saw Jason with either a decked out DC127 or DC200.
