Do you know how much this worths?

I could get hold of a Lag Randy Rhoads shaped guitar. All I know is it has some kind of a graphic on it and that it was of the better models.
Do you have any idea approximatelly how much would this guitar in great shape cost?

It really all depends on what model RR it is exactly. And if the graphic is factory or not. It;s nearly imposable to tell with out knowing more about the RR in question.

Hard to say what a Lag guitar will go for. They're not known very well. I had a strat shaped bolt on once, excellent player with good hardware. They are made in France, and new go for $1800 and up. I've seen them more in the range of $500 in the states as they can't command a high price as people don't know much about them. If you can get for a good price and it plays well then go for it, but don't pay as much as a Jackson USA RR would cost!
