I don't know if you'll find a midwest dealer. I think 48st Music in NY has a bunch, but with their prices, you are better off ordering direct, which is how they conduct most of their business anyway. GMP Guitars
I've owned two, a Pawnshop and a Pawnshop Deluxe. I switched back to strat style guitars, but would dearly love to own another and someday will. Fantastic guitars. -

Chuck, do you know if GMP is connected in any way with GMW Guitarworks? A music resource site I found lists them together, as if they share ownership.Comment

Not that I'm aware of. I know there is a mutual respect between Dave Pearson of GMP and Lee Garver at GMW, but I don't believe there is any connection.
GMP is in San Dimas, however, and apparently employs some former Charvel/Jackson people. Who specifically I have no idea.Comment
