At that price point, I would look around for a Lucida classical with all solid woods. They make a classical with a solid cedar top & solid rosewood back and sides and sometimes they sell for under $300 used. Here's one from ebay as an example (unfortunately, it's completed):

I don't own one, but I've played one and they are really nice for the money. Ebony board, too. You almost never see anything with all solid woods at that price point.
