Help on trade..(N.J. Series B.C.)

I got someone that is pretty interested in a trade. I got a Epihpone Les Paul 5 string and a Fretless he would like to trade for a N.J. Series bass. Is it a fair trade? I dont know much about these basses but it looks nice. Tell me what you think?

In My Honest Opinion............the newer NJ Series guitars and basses kinda suck. If it's a pre-chesswood model I'd say it's pretty good. I wouldn't trade two basses for an NJ Series bass though...........not unless you realy wanted a BC Rich. What body and headstock style is it?
