Lately I've been strangely attracted to these. Anyone know anything about them, how they play/balance, etc.? Thanks!

very cool USA wave. the wave balances well & plays like a BCRich. i had an NJ neckthru, most waves were/are import. the USA waves have the extra thingy on the horns that imports dont. I was never really a big fan of waves kinda like the eagle on acid.
I wish there was somewhere around me to go try some new USA BCRichs, ive been hearing alot of good things. The last NEW rich i played was in 95 right after Bernie came back.

Hello!

I have that exact same ignitor that is in the picture you posted
I bought it off ebay, it was essentially new all black with ebony board for 600$ neckthrough and a floyd!

nobody else bid on it! you can't buy new ones for anywhere near that and since they don't offer the ignitor in the import line you won't find one cheaper!
anyhow! it's a great fast axe, I put EMG's in it and it's tight as hell!, it balances well, and is light but not like a toy it's a smidge heavier then a strat the only gripe I have is it looks wierd on me as I am a big guy and 7 strings lend themselves better to me and my playing anyhow! but if I could get a 7 I would in a heartbeat!

I like it quite a bit!, but my USA mockingbird is better hehehehe!

Cool, thanks for the info! I almost forgot I posted this topic. LOL The Mockingbird's always been my favorite and I'll eventually get one of those, too.
