The carelessness of serializing appears to reflect some of the inconsistencies I have seen in Wayne guitars, too. I have played maybe 10 of these guitars and I noticed things like loose neck pockets, poorly finished fret ends, a crooked pickup ring on one, and paint defects. I did not pick up a good vibe playing-wise. On most the action was ok and the fret crowning seemed to be fine. No magic for me. For the money I'd get a GMW (or a GMW & 1/2 for the price of a new Wayne).
I wish Wayne had a little better quality control on the finished product.
