I ordered from him one time, I ordered a PRS 24 with the heel mod he does, and I got a 22 unmodded wrong color, he did not want to return it. . so I called up Visa and said the transaction was not what I was supposed to get, they took the charges of my credit card, I shipped the guitar back to him, within 3 days, i had a 24 with the mod at my door, in the right color. . .and he couldnt charge my card, by rights since it was solicitation I did not ask for, and he shipped to me, I could keep it, however, I just sent it back.

Nice guitars, big asshole.

I've never done business with him but looking around his site I notice a lot of the same guitars with different names on the head being sold at different prices. That's some insane crap right there.

Both use their real knowledge and skills
to build a facade of credibility which they then use to perpetrate scams. Remember the Pro King V in England that had a Vince cert. of authenticity that it was Dave's guitar? It also had a forged
letter purported to be from Dave, whose
handwriting was obviously the same as the Vince letter. That's the big one I remember from him. Compared to ER though
he's just a gifted amateur.

As hinted by the guy whose bud was offered $250 back for the neckplate, Ed
has a counterfeit operation, which he showed to a JCF member who's a luthier,
trying to recruit him. High prices and a
lingering doubt whether your guitar is really what you think it is, are good reasons to avoid the guy.
