Sweet collection. From what store in Japan do you order your ESPs from? Or is that a secret?
Very cool guitars indeed! My favourite ESP graphic is Kirk's Karloff/Mummy, but he owns the rights to that one, doesn't he?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">There is no secret finding great deals on ESP from Japan since Economy there is bad and many of staff who take care of e-mails understand basic English.Plus they do ship guitars internationally.
Try one of these. http://www.bigboss.jp
Bigboss is a store by ESP and carry many one of kind ESP guitars. http://www.ikebe-gakki.com/
This one is one of largest stores in Japan and carries ESP.
I think with the economy being bad in Japan it is funny the ESP of Japan wont let any of its dealers ship to the USA but many dealers do anyways. I use to do business with Big Boss but now they forward my E-mails to ESP and the ESP overseas guy yells at me in the E-mails how they will not ship to me and to contact ESP USA. I always reply that ESP in the USA sucks and I aint going to pay 2000 dollars for a bolt on guitar when I can get a neck thru ESP from Japan for almost half the amount so its either ship to me from Japan or lose countless dollars from me.
Yeah, I always thought it was really stupid that ESP didn't at least offer the same guitars in the USA that they show on their Japan website, too. They've had some really wicked looking guitars only available in Japan--nice, sharp, pointy ones. While, what do we get here in the USA? 50 iterations of painted strat-shaped guitars and very little else.
The reason why ESP U.S.A. is not offering many of guitars available only in Japan because some have to do with Gibson,Jackson(I am talking about the headstock design.see the 2nd Kirk model in the picture for an example), or Fender trademark issues.
For example,Metallica Exproler model is a Gibson ripoff that can not be sold in U.S.
The same reason for strathead ESP guitars.
What ESP doesn't want is you buy some of Gibson ripoff ESPs, import these to U.S. and sell for profit or to show off to people while most people don't know how to get them and they will start calling at ESP dealers.
Nah, I'm not talking about ripoffs. I'm not the least bit interested in some Gibson copy--Gibson shapes don't do a thing for me--and if I want a Jackson I'll get a Jackson hehe. I'm talking about the ESP Japan guitars that have wicked wild unique body shapes they've made as sig models for the Japanese "stars". There's some really cool stuff over there that doesn't make it over to the US.
Eh, looks like they ditched their old page and I had to find the new one. I think they had some more wild shaped ones on the older page, but there are still quite a few unique ones on here...
