Very nice!! I love the EMG 85 alot more than the 81, much more punch and less treble bite. as for that neck, it looks to be a V shape in the back, or is it my eyes Jack.

I ask because i think guiliano customs made that guitar.
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Guilano (Julie) built several guitars for me back in the day. I had him build a few Schecters and a few Mighty Mite bodies with Schecter or Chandler necks. I agree. Usually if it is a factory guitar it has the gold Chandler logo on the front of the headstock. I haven't taken the neck off yet but I believe they are all Chandler parts. I suppose it is possible that it could be a Boogie body or maybe a Mighty-Mite although I do recall looking through the Chandler catalog and seeing snakeskin bodies along with zebra's and checkerboard graphics. He did receive on occasion complete factory LA Chandlers and TX Schecters. They would be displayed in his window. The price back in the early to mid 80's was around $1200.00 min which was a ton of dough back then. I bought a Bond Electroglide from him right out of his window.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Yes... It is a V shape profile with enormous Dunlop frets (6100's??) The neck is very chunky and almost reminds me of a SRV or Jeff Beck profile.

Re: Snakeskin Chandler Pics!!

I contacted the original owner and it was indeed made by Guliano's Custom Guitars in the mid to late 80's. He paid $1250.00 for it and it took 8 weeks to get the body. The neck was store stock. He believes the body is either a Chandler, a Schecter or a Boogie Body. I still haven't removed the neck to look because I have been having to much fun playing it. The breakdown was
Custom snakeskin graphic body $375.00
Maple neck $300.00
Gold OFR $150.00
EMG electronics $150.00
Tuners $50.00
Case $75.00
Build and set up $150.00
He is looking for the original invoice for me. It will be cool if he finds it.
