I wanna buy this guitar I saw at the store. Its a 76 Gibson SG. Its an overall great player but the problem is that in the neck it has about 8 or so dents in it. Not to deep about 1 or 2 millimeters deep. The question is this if I buy it will a tech be able to patch in the dents. And will it be super expensive to do the job. Or should I just not buy the axe.

Re: Vintage guitar help?
How much do they want? I had 2 and wish I still did
I traded the first one off (Heritage Cherry) for a noname Strat copy (about 15+ years ago), and sold the second one (a rare NaturalBurst) on Ebay a couple of years ago less than a month after I got it off Ebay because the head had been cracked and repaired.
They're definitely killer guitars, and little dents ain't no worry IMO. It should be cheap to repair them, though.
