• Dr Newcenstein's Warmoth Star Project! Part 2

(Part 2 - because of the 8 image limit)

Now, here's where your opinion counts

    Which neck?

    1 - Warmoth maple/ebony Baritone neck

    2 - Jackson maple/ebony AT-1 neck (Paintshopped image)

3 - Jackson maple/maple with White Pearl head

4 - Warmoth Birdseye/Birdseye Strathead with fakeass Charvel logo (ignore the clamp)

5 - SD Jackson reverse head maple/rosewood/MOP fins

6 - Warmoth maple/maple Strathead (no figuring, just plain maple) (Paintshopped image)

    Newc
I want to depart this world the same way I arrived; screaming and covered in someone else's blood

I like #4 and #5, but you should use #4, and sell me the Jackson neck

$150 + shipping for the Jackson neck
Before you hit that PayPal button, it was only installed on one body - that Ash King V I used to have. The heel on this neck is 2 7/16" wide, but the hole pattern is for a 2 3/16" pocket, and the Star's screws won't line up (it's held in the pocket in the pic by the sides of the neck pocket only - very tight fit).
The nut has never been cut, and the tuners (45 degrees) I had on it were righty, not lefty, so the mounting holes are opposite the "correct" lefty/reverse head tuners.
The holes for a truss rod cover were never drilled.
The fret ends will need to be finished (if not the frets themselves). I think these are Jumbo frets (tall wide like a Soloist Pro).

It has a slab rosewood board (1/4" thick), and the logo is white with the TM next to the body of the N, not out near the tip. Head says Made In U.S.A.

Just a little full-disclosure for ya
