    Bros, I installed the super distortion that JGCable potted for me on my 81 V. I couldn't resist showing it off. Here ya go.......oh, stop drooling. [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

                      <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Neck is rounded but narrow(1 5/8") at the nut
                      I like the ones with the small block inlays tho!
                      I think those are`79 and`80
                      <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">To my knowledge Gibson really didn't offer block inlays on the V. Schenkers' personal guitars had them, but Gibson made them for him like that.
