Got all the parts in this week. Origionaly it was a Standard Strat in sunburst. I removed the origional 3 single coil loaded pickguard and added the new Tom Delong pickguard loaded with a volume pot and a brand new DiMarzio Evolution in white. I couldn't find a JB or a Distortion. The shop told me they had one of each in stock. They made a mistake so I got to looking at the specs for the Evolution (mainly because it was the only white humbucker they had). Turns out on paper the Evolution kicked a$$. Once I got everything in it sounded better than what I could have ever expected! Does what I wanted it to do. Pics to follow.....................

cool thing man. Im sure you got the bug and would want to build a few more guitars eh. Glad you're lil project came out A-ok for ya. Post the pics when ya can.Comment
