I'm fucking pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure you remember the eBay 1977 Dean Z, serial number 77 00109. That would be the 9th USA Dean ever made. There was quite a bit of talk about it on the Dean Forum with the likes of Dean Zelinsky and Brave Dave(Dean Owners Club President) bidding on the guitar.

Well, guess what? The Dean Forum has been down for 2-3 days now and the eBay auction for that Dean Z has disappeared. Apparently, someone with "influence" took the site down to keep people from talking about that guitar and backdoored the deal on the Dean Z.

That would be the equivelant of one of our JCF admins taking the JCF down to backdoor eBay San Dimas #1009.

I was going to pony up some HUGE!!!!! dollars for that guitar but NOOOOOOO, it looks like the backdoor backstabbing over at the Dean Forum is worse than the crap we put up with here on the JCF.

I can't even find that guitar in the completed auctions. Anybody have the eBay link?

Is this "apparently" or "The guy that runs the forums said..."? I'm pretty sure that some of the downtime on this website has coincided with, I dunno, a SD Charvel getting backdoored.

Just chill until you get some more REAL answers. Save all that frustration...

then let it out at the appropriate time.

I'll list it in the "apparentely" and "appears" catagory for right now. Looks fishy as hell.

At this point, let's just wait and see who ended up with it. It will be obvious at that point.

The last time I checked on the that`77 it was alittle under $3000. I know it closed early and all the bids were erased. I saw it!
The only forum member I know of that always seams to have that amount of ready cash and is willing to spend that amount or more on a vintage Dean is Brave Dave.
Oviously it could have gone to Eliot R. or Dean Z. him self but do you think that they would actually shut down the forum intenually just for a guitar at the most might have gone for maybe $3000. to $4000.?
Doen't make any sence to me!
