• The next Charvel ?

So has anybody though about whats going to be the next Charvel type company?
You know, one that starts just doing fantastic customs but eventually stops making them. Thus leading to mass lusting over old models. Like how we all lust over the San Dimas Charvels ?

Will there ever be another Charvel ? Could GMW be the next ?

Just a thought. Feel free to share your opinions.

He'll bow out eventually and sell to Ace (one of his builders and silent partner), who'll be approached by a young hot shot, and fearing the young man's (or young woman's) radical idea is too "traditional" and might hurt the Sully Guitars name, will roll the bones with his own name on them, and then 20 years later we'll be paying out the ass for Sully-logoed Warmoth-parts mutts

          Re: The next Charvel ?

PRS seems close, especially with the older "hand-made" vs. the newer "CNC" and the pre/post 1995 "heel" debates. Just a thought...

@ newc....thanks pal! i do have to say that i'm not totally reliant on warmoth, though. some things come from there, but all that should be changing over the next 12 months...then the mighty sully shop will crush warmoth and allparts. PRS moved the old equipment into the NEW plant in '95. There was no change in there equipment at that time.

I think Anderson makes the best (NEW) guitars on the market today.
