WOW!
You must have spent a lot of $$$ in that.
Almost you could order a custom build one.
It's almost like a having a new guitar...
Great neck!

As nice as it turned out, I would rather have it in its original state, perhaps with a refin.

Re: GMW Restoration NEW Pics

I have the Burst Schecter and rather than have 2 set up the same I decided to put the gold one back to string-thru which it originally was {it's an old PT Tele' that was modded}. I had Lee fill the stop TP holes & re-drill the orig. string-thru holes, then move the toggle to the tone control and fill that hole. I left the rear cavity for the toggle so I can switch back if I want. Bridge is the Hipshot hardtail, pickups are old Duncans "59" neck, and a rare Duncan w/P.A.F. decal w/push-pull pot. The neck is one of only a dozen or so built by James Hamilton {Hamiltone guitars}. He the guy who built SRV's guitar, the bound Strat with "Stevie Ray Vaughan" inlaid in the fretboard. Lee is refinishing/refretting the orig. Schecter neck from the gold guitar and when it's done might find it's way back on.

I like it alot. Very low profile, no sharp edges, real nice.

Very cool! Is that a 22-fret neck on there now? Got close-up pics of the headstock?

5 months huh? My Soloist has been there 5 months now and last I heard they haven't even touched it.

Yeah, 22 fretter on there now. Here's the headstock pics. I put Planet Wave tuners on, they lock and cut the string.

First pic is how it looked then {1982 Schecter}, then a quick {well, 5 months} trip to GMW and here it is...I'm VERY happy with the work!

Cool. I'm not sure I dig the headstock shape too much, but it's got some sweet birdseye going on.

Nice guitar. I really dig the clean look and the fretboard inlays.
