    Groovetools is their production 7-string. Given their reputation it should be a solid guitar, and it isn't that expensive(600ish USD?).

      The Groove Tools 7 is not actually made by Conklin. It's the cheapest model because it's made in Korea to Bill Conklin's specs... he told me himself in an email. They seem like a pretty decent deal, though. And if you get the model with the trem, you can swap in a collared Floyd arm assembly instead of the regular, thin vintage arm that's on it.

        I have a brian moore i9.7 and its pretty cool, mohag body, real duncans, used they should be pretty cheap.
