nope it confirms what i thought that somewhere around B7xxx to B9xxx was when BCRich changed hands. & your knurled knob was metal not the plastic POS type ClassAxe used. yes the Dimarzio shouldnt have any model designation but should be a Double Whammy or a SD(dualsound 4 conductor).

To add more confustion mine came with a Dimarzio X2 with a cover on it ....made it look like a emg or something......oh yeah a Charvel [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

I always wondered what that pickup was. It had a really scooped sound. Don't Super Distortions have a mid-rangey tone? I replaced it about a year ago with a EMG 81. made the guitar sound a million times better IMO. Also, yes, my knob is metal, not plastic (on the guitar , that is!).
