Dude, you really need to get a life. You had nothing to lose and no one forced you to order one. Like I said earlier, it could or could not be an error. Take a chance. The best that would happen is that you get the guitar, the worst, you don't get the guitar and you don't get charged either. They apparently never had ANY at this price. They claim to have had only one in stock for like $1200. Shit happens. Sometimes you win and sometimes you don't. This happens all the time with computer parts. I have gotten many great deals that seemed "too good to be true" and others have gotten cancelled. So what?

Dude, I don't own GuitarTrader, so how can I be disrespected? As far as how? I don't know and I don't care as long as my axe shows up. It is concievable that they bought a huge quantity and couldn't move them, so are blowing them out. I really don't know, but that is why I posted this.

It is also why I asked for people not to thread crap. I actually considered not posting this here because this is one of the few places on the web where people will bust your chops of everything. I still thought that some here might be interested in trying to get in on this deal. I simply can't imagine that they have that many at this price. This is for anyone interested. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I went to school in San Diego, so I have been to Guitar Trader a few times. They are a small to medium sized shop, so there is no way they would be able to honor the orders for this guitar. What you see on their website is pretty much what they have at their store, one or at most two in stock. They are definitely a respectable business. I bought an acoustic guitar from them and the salesman was pretty nice to me. They used to sell Jacksons, but I haven't seen any on their website lately.

i remember a couple years a go a very large PC parts warehouse put a very expensive monitor on sale for like $149. they tried to cancel the orders but had to honor them. i don't remember if they just changed their minds or were forced to by local courts. being a big money grubbing soulless corporation i imagine they were forced.
