'89 ESP Mirage question...

I want to replace the ESP 'Sinclair' Floyd type trem with either a Schaller or OFR. Has anyone done this, and it so, is it just a quick hardware swap?
Also, an ideas what Floyd nut I would need as I think this ones screwed?!
