Actually there are double cutaway Les Pauls. I beleive Pat Travers played one alot.

Yes, I believe there were. Like I said, I think Pat Travers played a custom or a standard, I can't quite remember, I'll have to find that album.

Yes, that's a Kahler stud mount with the bear claw trem arm tip. Cool guitar but I could see why some may not like it. Sorry about hijacking your thread Mike!! [img]graemlins/toast.gif[/img]

YEah ther are dbl cut Les Pauls but llok at the inlays on th one in question. Triple layer binding
could be almost anything but those finger board inlays are not Gibson at least not any Gibson I've seen. I have seen those on a Yamaha SBG2000 and a Washburn Falcon how ever.
That LP that Pat Travers is playing just looks weird to me. MAybe its the angle of the pic but the body looks like a Yamaha and the neck looks like a Les Paul std.
But then anything is possable.

Yea h I realize that pic was to say that there are dbl cut Lps with body binding. It was way late and I ha a few and had boobs on my brain as I was just a titty bar. So i was still defuzzeled.
