I swapped out the middle pickup for a Duncan Jazz neck, and put a cover I took off an 85 Flying V bridge pickup.

I want REAL change. I want dead bodies littering the capitol.

My Epiphone LP Standard, a limited edition with quilted top. I swapped out the stock pickups for EMGs. I would love to get a Gibson LP custom one day, but first I'm after a new amp and another acoustic guitar...and they won't be cheap either.

I'd love to get a 70s Deluxe at some point. What tone!

It's great for the people who have them, beat the hell out of something for 20 or 30 years and sell it for the price of a brand new one.... Lather Rinse Repeat. If I could only do that with my truck, my house, my girlfriend, and my TV set.

I got lucky and walked into a small local music store and scored this 2002 '58 Reissue for $2400 brand new!

Wow Ralph that is nice flame for an R8 most of the R8's are pretty plain and the R9's usually have flame. Excellent score

I'm kinda in the minority when it comes to the flametop reissues. I prefer a more realistic flame rather than the "PRS style" flame that alot of the 59's have. If you look through Beauty Of The Burst , there are not that many LP's with insane tops.

Isn't that called as Darkburst or Iceteaburst?
I've always wanted to get one like that.
In the Les Paul book, there is a 59LP owned by Joe Perry and current owner by Slash.
NICE!
