  • FedEx LOST my '83 Blueburst Dean Z.....

I paid for this guitar like 2 weeks ago, and it made it into the Austin hub, which is where it was supposed to go. But, instead of delivering it to me, they sent it to San Antonio, and now they can't find it!! I'm fuming over this, especially since it's a vintage Dean in a rare color. Please tell me you're kidding, Dana. That blows so hard it's scary. What did they tell you...do they think they'll be able to track it down?

They'll find it, guy. Gonna suck until they do, but I bet they sort it out.

I've noticed that every once and a while their sorters burp, and send shit seven kinds of crazy directions, but they always seem to sort it out.

Hang in there, we're pulling for you.

I live in michigan and I ordered something from NJ, I shoulda got it 3 days later, but instead it ended up in seattle washington!?!?!?! So I had to wait for a 2weeks for it go come in. Sucks waiting for something you want REAL bad. But it happens packages are sometimes misdirected.
I love guitars, Always have and always will.

They will find it. An actual lost package is VERY VERY VERY rare. Call UPS and have them do a trace on it.

Call them and file an official complaint. Raise 9 kinds of Hell about it to every F'edEx employee you can find. Send a letter to F'edEx's HQ stating how absolutely careless it is of them to misdirect valuable collectibles entrusted to them for shipment, and that they're on the verge of losing a customer forever. Also drop a little hint about publicizing this episode to every news agency in America, as well as every high-profile website, and especially to local businesses that deal with FedEx.
