Hey, I almost bought that one! I thought it was black, but the guy said it was wine red, so I passed. (wine red is still cool though!) I've got a few Les Paul Customs and never had a bad one.But beware...you can get lost in those LP ebony fretboards. When you look into the abyss, sometimes the abyss looks into you... Yeah, strap-locks are a must with these bad-boys. They are so heavy and the placement of the strap knobs in relation to how the guitar "sits" on your body pretty much make it mandatory.
With their set necks, a drop is usually fatal, at the very least very expensive....
The only bad thing with Les Pauls is the cost of a refret....I'm on refret #4 and it is the last one....
