  • Chrysalis Guitars?

Anybody ever played one? Know if they're still being made? Where to find one (other than at Ed Roman's)?

The trick is that it folds down into a briefcase and can be reassembled in only a couple of minutes. Great concept for people who occasionally travel more than we'd like.

            Chrysalis Guitars

146 Lull Rd New Boston, NH, 03070

The Chrysalis guitar of Harvey's that he is using for slide guitar in concert is the only one being used by a touring musician, and is one of only 13 in existence. It is made of graphite, and is a replica of the wing of a dragonfly, the strongest structural design known. It has a Fishman Matrix pickup, and currently sounds better than ever when played through the Fishman Aura sonic imaging system (below)
