I think it looks unfinished, like it's the outline of a guitar, but they didn't finese it anywhere... It looks clunky and awkward somehow, to me... I don't like it really...

V-type stands for Adrian Vandenberg.
The original Vandenberg model was made in the late 80's early 90's. But, since Vandenberg isn't an endorsed artist for Peavey anymore, they call the new reissued version the V-type.
Hartley Peavey is on the headstock.I played a korean version and its OK, nothing to rave about.
