Yo, I have an old JB Player. It has the same trem. It is a cheap knock-off. In fact, I have had two. Just put a half inch sheetmetal screw between the frame and the trem and stop the madness. It's cheap metal that warps and bends due to the spring tension. It will never stay in tune.
I am a true ass set to this board.

this trem was also used on several old hohner models
and all i can say it ist the biggest load of fkn i ever laid my hands on
the idea at itself is not so bad, but they´re crafted so cheap with such a weak material
the biggest shit is, that the frame(frontside) will allways twist/wrap cause of the spring tension
not me, and nobody i ever met with this problem could do them work any good
yes you can adjust the but it´s better you swap it out and put a real kahler in
if you want to try anyway:
the little allen wrench on the front(neckways) is for the spring tension
the other on the backside (buttways) is to limit the way of "treming", with this you can make it act like a vintagetrem (only dive no pullup, should be no detune when string breaks )
be careful not to loose the screws to the inside of it!
these thing are such a crap

I still say freeze the sucker and end the frustration. I did have one on a Hohner as well. Just awful.

That, or buy a real Kahler and put in on; it will fit, with slight gaps on the sides, but at least you then have a usable trem.
