Anybody use a GMW neck w/ a Fender Amer. Strat body?

Are the heels of the GMW necks close enough for the neck pocket on the American Standard bodies? fit problems?

I scored a 2003 Sonic Blue Amer Std body / loaded, for cheap - she's neck-less, but I think I've got the answer. [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]
