What I'm referring to is the way the upper bout curves down where it meets the neck, rather than how on a Les Paul it is perpendicular with the neck. As far as I have seen, this is a trait shared by the Yamaha Weddington, Aria Pro PE series, and now the McNaught.

Both the McNaught and the Carvin are badassed looking guitars. The nod goes to the Carvin though. Seems I've seen that pick before.
