    ...has anyone got a Ratt Crossed Swords (GMW or Charvel) with gold hardware that they could post a pic of please? I'mk thinking of ordering one but can't quite picture gold hardware with that graphic....
    Also, does anyone know if Dan does all of GMW's graphics?
    Cheers

    There aren't many CS it seems among people here and I imagine the gold hardware option would be even more rare. Here's a pic of my GMW. Feel free to Photoshop gold hardware onto it.

      Thanks for the pic - I guess it's that I like gold hardware and think it'd look a bit special on that graphic. I suppose if I don't like it, I can just change it for the (cheaper!) chrome!

          Gold is kinda cheesy...that is not a chessy graphic...I'm trying to figure out how to change out the gold on my GMW flat top...

            There was an advert than ran in all the US guitar magazines, back in the day. It was for Brite Wire strings, featuring the guys from Britney Fox (I think..)Anyhoo, one of them was playing a crossed swords, and I'm sure it had gold h/w on it.

              Snoogans - That's a bloody good idea! I'd forgotten about that ad, and I still have all my old Guitar Worlds!
              My theory is that I can always change out the hardware if it doesn't sit right, so may as well have that with the most expensive finish included for free on the guitar!
              I've seen one with black hardware and that didn't loook right with the graphic. I think my ideal would be gold trem and black nut / tuners.....

                    None from Wayne.
                    One from a old JCF'er
                    The pointy was made for me and painted by Dan :}
                    I like the Kahler as does my son.
                    I don't play hard but my son does and says the kahler stay in tune better than the floyd? So if he gets a chance he has the pointy and plays it gigging.

                      I found the pic in the Gibson brite-wires ad, and even though it doesn't seem too popular, I'm going for gold!

                          hey budman....I don't have a scanner but I'll see what I can do. Basically the pic shows a pretty standard looking crossed swords but with gold hardware, a rosewood board and a pointy head. Dizzy (the other guy) has an orange-y Les Paul with Rhinestone type things on it!
