F-series, that's it. The "SG thing" was actually similar to the Guild "SG thing" with the slightly larger rear bottom of the body. Can't forget about the Charvel George Lynch ripoffs, or Akira's Star with the Danelectro head (EVH).

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Not really. They're a lame attempt to rip off the BC Rich Wave. Remember how Tom Araya played Wave basses for years? Well, now that he's with ESP and they made the TA signature bass, it's very similar to the Wave, even though the butt-end contour is different and the horns are more jagged. The F-series guitar is also similar, just the butt-end contour is a little bit different. The Wave is cool, but the TA/F series are ugly! I'm fucking sick of this stupid-ass argument. EVERY guitar shape is a ripoff or a mutation of something else. King V? It's just a pointy Flying V. Warrior? It's a pointier Star... which was an Explorer with a big chunk cut out of it. Rhoads? See King V. Soloist? Let's not even go there...
Originality means NOTHING. It does not mean a motherfucking thing. ESP makes some good guitars, some shitty guitars. Who gives a fuck what they look like? The only fucking thing that matters is how does it play.Comment
