Anyone ever own a Memphis strat copy?

Hi all . I went to a small music and antique store and found a H/S/S Memphis strat copy. Vintage type trem. Looks just like a ESP headstock also. The selling point of the guitar was the fact that someone put a Sceamin Demon in the bridge,a Hot Rail in the middle and a little 59 in the neck.
All the pickups are logoed. Not a bad player either. A great buy for $75. Any opinions welcome.

<font color="aqua"> Actually, just for the pickups it's a great buy!! I do have a funny story about a Memphis Les Paul copy I bought. I was so psyched when I bought it. I always wanted a Les Paul so I went home and plugged it in and it sounded like **** in my amp. Nothing like it did in their amp!(i had a piece of crap harmony amp [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]). So anyway, I jammed with my brother a bit and he had an excellent sunburst Aria Les Paul copy (that actually came stock with Gibson T top pickups!) Mine just sounded like such crap compared to his. Now he had taken his pickup covers off and they were black coils so I had to be like "big bro" and take my mine off too. BOY was I PISSED when I took the covers off and saw that they were only single coils in there! Needless to say I replaced the pickups with Dimarzio's later on. Here's a pic of me (I think I was 12) sitting on the back of my sisters Camaro on Long Island.

Your expression says it all. -Yeah, nice poser axe, but it sounds worse than a crappy Cort Strat! Damn, i thought i had it made. Also the pickup rings suck! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

My first guitar was a memphis strat.....I still have it 22 yrs later. Sentimental reasons.......

On a side note....You were quite a handsome kid. Not that I'm into young boys or anything and uh er I should just stop typing I think before I say too much and all of that oh crap where are my periods and commas oh crap
