A few new things were revealed at the recent summer NAMM that excite me either A LOT or somewhat, we'll go down the list a bit, and you guys can add your own thoughts.
1. Parker Singlecut model. Excitment level; Surprisingly high. These look odd, and, IMO, pretty cool. The Bubinga topped model turns me on the most. HC info link
2. Squire "Vintage Modified" hybrids. Excitement level; The highest I've ever felt for a Squire, which isn't saying too much. The Jagmaster II is kinda boring, but I dig the '51's. HC info link
3. Fender 50th Anniversary Golden Strat. Excitement level; Huge, like, nearly hard-on huge. I know, I know, I can already hear it: "Another Strat? And one that looks like Prince designed it??". Get over it. This thing kicks all kinds of heinder, with its' snazzy all-gold look. And the most affordable of the 50th Strats. (I think. Jim?)

Other cool things; The Schecter Tribal doubleneck, the Mesa Stiletto, the handwired Marshalls, etc,. Your thoughts on new items introduced at NAMM are welcome here!
