The bad...it's red {I'll get over it}, no case {but triple boxed and I've got spare cases}, intermittent electronics ground problem {easy fix, the battery powered pre-amp sounds KILLER!}. The good...100% stock, time warp condition, EXTREMELY light & very well balanced, perfect frets, beautiful grained rosewood fingerboard, all chrome is very clean. Lastly, it's serial #001. For five bills, it's sweet. Pics... 1 2 3 4 5 6

I thought these M1 Customs came with Ebony fingerboard...

Nice! If you want to replace the sinclair trem for an OFR, it'll fit right in there, but you have to rasp out the bottom arm mounting sleeve otherwise it fouls on the the edge of the cavity. Unfortunately, the floyd nut is smaller than the ESP one (at least on mine) so you're pretty much stuck with that!

The M series, I think was rosewood, while the Mirage and Horizon Customs were ebony. At least, the ones I owned were

Thanks guys...as far as replacing the original trem. with a Floyd, it works fine, no problem there...I may add a neck pickup though

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Please don`t ruin that awsome 1 Hum shredder with a neck pickup I wouldn`t, but it is your guitar. Very nice either way Jack.

It's different. Two knobs vs 1 knob and a mini switch. Close though.
