NGD: ESP The Mirage Custom

The first time I saw one of these lawsuit ESPs, I knew I needed one ! 12 years later, I found this one for a very good price, considering how expensive they are. It has a few dings here and there, and some weird mod with the pickup selector (why would anyone replace the blade switch by miniswitches ??). The sinclair bridge has been replaced by a German Schaller, and it works perfectly well. Other than that, this is a fantastic guitar, definitely a keeper ! The picture doesn't really show its actual color, which is silver, with a gorgeous gold pearl effect above.

Have you determined what all those aftermarket mini-switches do? With three pickups and five mini-switches, it makes me wonder if there is extra functionality.

They are on/off for:
-neck pickup (north)
-neck pickup (south)
-middle pickup (north)
-middle-pickup (south)
-bridge pickup

It allows a lot of sounds, but it's tricky to use ! But for my playing the bridge pickup is my number one option
