Congratulations!!!

My father in law is a huge Fender fan, and I could see him playing something like that. He does have something similar maybe a Jaguar? The next time I'm at his house I'll have to get a picture of it. He loves that thing, but then again he's stuck in the 60's like I'm stuck in the 80's.

Short-scale guitars are fun! I've not tried 24" scale yet, just the typical 24.75" on a few guitars I own, such as a Hamer Special and Dean E'Lite/Cadillac, even a new Kiesel Jason Becker Yin Yang model. As I've gotten older, I've realized I prefer shorter scales now and don't use the 25.5" scales as much.
