That Slash model reminds me very strongly of my old 1979 Standard in the Tobacco Sunburst finish. That was a nice one, though I've always preferred Customs.

That new Latte-Sunburst-whatever finish is pretty sweet, though. I have to say, though, that new finishes seem to be what passes for "innovation" at Gibson these days. Kinda sad, really.

I started listening Music when I was 12...in 83 or 84 and I was into Kaja googoo,Cindy Lauper and Nena.
