Toru, have no fear on the playability of Dean guitars. They are fantastic players and have great necks. The one I owned, a USA Cadillac, felt like a slim taper Les Paul neck...only easier to play.
Schenker is one of my heroes too and I need to buy one of these.

T, I'm not sure where you live, but it is based on the Time Capsule Series. So if you can find one in a local shop - that's pretty much it.

Deans have many differing neck profiles. The older ones have the most comfortble feel to me at least. I haven't played a time capsule, but I assume they are much like the older Deans from the late 70's early 80's.

Remember around the time of the new MSG album he was going through his divorce and lost all his gear in the process? He had to borrow all his gear to record that one. I'm wondering how Gibson and Marshall did not step in and help out one of their main exponents in such a moment of need.

Sure it's business but it's given Dean a chance to step in so I wonder if Schenker's still got an endorsment with Marshall or if he's planning to move on?

I have heard already 50 of these are ordered.
So I can imagine the rest will go quick with some overseas orders.

Can't wait for mine.
If this turns out great, I would probably go with another Dean guitar in the future.
