I have a Seagull S6 and I love it -- you wouldn't expect such sound from a guitar in this price range, now if I only had one with a cutaway...

I'm surprised how many Taylor owners there are on the forum. I tried four or five prior to buying my Larrivee and couldn't get excited over any of them. There was nothing wrong with the Taylor and not one thing that really impressed me.

I have a Taylor 600 series. I think it is the 614CE. I used to have a 610 back in college but had to sell it to pay the rent. I will always have a Taylor. I am partial to the 600 series because I love maple acoustics. The only other non Taylors that I want are a Gibson J200 and a Gibson Dove.

That was the same experience I had when trying Martins and Larivee's - nothing wrong with them but I was not impressed.

Yamaha G231 II classical. This is the only consistant guitar I have ever owned. I've had it for almost 15 years. It's beat to hell, cracked and heater damaged (don't ask), but I love it. I also have a Samick Greg Bennet 12 string (decent solid top for only $150) and I'm currently trying to score a 3 month old Gibson Hummingbird, but unless I hit the lottery, that probably won't happen.
